Three inputs. One score you can check.

Every brand gets three sub-scores from 1 to 10, each based on what a buyer can see on the public label or product page. The overall score is a weighted average of the three, and every sub-score is shown next to it, so you can see exactly where a brand gains or loses points.

Fertility targeting carries the most weight because this site compares products for trying to conceive. Scores were last updated October 27, 2026.

Score bands

The label next to a score shows its band. It is not a medical endorsement.

Brands with the same overall score share a rank and are listed alphabetically.

What a score does not measure

  • Lab results. Scores come from the public label and product page. Testing and certificates are recorded as claimed unless we could open them.
  • Your chance of conceiving. A higher score means a better fit on the label, not a higher chance of pregnancy.
  • Customer ratings. Star ratings and review counts may appear on a review, but they do not change the score.
  • Live prices. Prices are as published on the date shown in each review, and they change.
