The median fertility supplement costs $49.95 for a 30-day supply, or $1.67 a day, and half of products cost between $36.50 and $69.95 a month. In October 2026, our research team priced 25 fertility supplements from 12 brands at each brand's own online store, covering the brands we review and other fertility supplements with a published price and a stated supply. We recorded each product's one-time price, any subscription price, and how many days a container lasts, then converted every price into a cost per 30 days and a cost per day.
Fertility supplements are sold by the bottle, the box, or the monthly pack, and the sticker price hides how long each one lasts. A $124 box that covers 13 weeks costs less per month than a $63 pack that covers 30 days, and many routines add a second product for a partner. Comparing the price on the page tells a shopper little about the monthly bill.
We set out to answer the question a shopper asks first: what does a month of fertility supplements cost, for one partner and for a couple, and how much do subscriptions and larger orders save.
In the sections below, we break down fertility supplement costs product by product, by format, for couples, with subscriptions, with multi-month orders, and over a full year.
Summary of Findings
- The median fertility supplement costs $49.95 per 30 days, or $1.67 a day, across 25 products from 12 brands.
- Half of the products cost between $36.50 and $69.95 a month, and prices range from $11.00 to $178.00.
- Capsule and tablet products have a median cost of $38.99 a month, compared with $63.00 for daily packs and pouches.
- Buying a matching product for both partners costs a median $109.00 a month, or about $1,326 a year.
- Subscriptions cut the monthly price by a median 12.1%, and six-month orders cut it by 20.0%.
The Monthly Cost of Every Fertility Supplement We Priced
In the table below, we list all 25 products from cheapest to most expensive per 30 days. The median is $49.95, and the middle half of products runs from $36.50 to $69.95. Supply is the number of days one container lasts at the label's daily serving, and the price is the one-time price on the brand's product page.

Our researchers drew three conclusions from the product data:
- We found that 8 of the 25 products cost between $30 and $40 a month, the most crowded price band, and all of them are single-bottle capsule formulas.
- Our data showed that a brand's premium line can cost more than twice its standard line: FH PRO for Women is $89.99 a month against $38.99 for FertilAid for Women.
- We found that Needed's two multi-product plans are the most expensive options, at $111.00 and $178.00 a month, both above the next-priciest product, FH PRO for Men at $96.99.
Fertility Supplement Costs by Format

|---|---|---|---|---|
| Capsule or tablet bottle or box | 17 | $38.99 | $11.00 | $96.99 |

Our team took three findings from the format data:
- We found that daily packs and pouches cost a median $24.01 more a month than capsule and tablet products.
- Our data showed that every daily pack or pouch costs at least $50.23 a month, while 10 of the 17 capsule and tablet products cost less than $40.
- We found that capsule and tablet products span the widest range, from $11.00 to $96.99, because the group includes both 90-day basics and high-dose formulas.
What Fertility Supplements Cost for a Couple
In the table below, we add up the monthly cost of each brand's women's and men's products and compare that total with the brand's own couple bundle where one exists. The yearly column assumes a full year of daily use.

Our researchers drew three conclusions from the couples data:
- We found that a couple's routine ranges from $62.88 a month for Theralogix's preconception pair to $289.00 for Needed's two fertility plans.
- Our data showed that most couple bundles cost the same as buying both products separately, and only Fairhaven Health's FH PRO Combo Pack, at 9.6% off, priced below the two bottles.
- We found that WeNatal Together drops to $109.90 a month on subscription, 21.4% below its one-time price, the largest couple saving in our data.

Our team took three findings from the subscription data:
- We found that subscription discounts fall in a narrow band, from 10.0% to 15.0%, with a median of 12.1%.
- Our data showed that the largest yearly savings come from the higher-priced pouches: WeNatal's For Her and For Him each save $120.00 over 12 months.
- We found that only 8 of the 25 products show a clearly labeled subscription price on the product page, so for most products the one-time price is the price.
Multi-Month Fertility Supplement Orders
In the table below, we compare multi-month orders with the same brand's one-month, one-time price, using the cost per month of each larger order.
| Brand | Order | Price | Supply | Cost per Month | Saving vs One Month |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Eu Natural | Conception for Her, 3 bottles | $89.99 | 3 months | $30.00 | 14.3% |

- Three-month orders14.6%
- Six-month orders20.0%
Source: Fertility Supplement Index analysis of published prices from 12 fertility supplement brand stores, October 2026
Our researchers drew three conclusions from the multi-month data:
- We found that six-month orders bring Conception for Her to $28.00 a month and Needed's Prenatal Multivitamin to $34.39 on subscription.
- Our data showed that WeNatal Together's 90-day supply is the steepest multi-month saving in our data, 28.6% below three one-time monthly orders.
- We found that larger orders commit a buyer to three or six months up front, so the saving applies only if the routine continues that long.
What Fertility Supplements Cost Over a Year
In the table below, we convert the cost per 30 days into a full year of daily use, for one partner and for a couple buying the same brand, at the low end, the middle, and the high end of the products we priced.
| Scenario | One Partner per Year | Couple per Year |
|---|---|---|
| Lowest-cost option | $133.83 | $765.03 |
| 25th percentile | $444.02 | $900.09 |
| Median | $607.73 | $1,326.17 |

- 75th percentile$851.06
- Highest-cost option$2,165.67

Our team took three findings from the annual data:
- We found that a year of the median fertility supplement costs about $608 for one partner, and the median same-brand pair costs about $1,326 for a couple.
- Our data showed that the gap between the cheapest and the most expensive option is more than $2,000 a year for one partner.
- We found that three months of the median product, a common multi-month order size in our data, costs $149.85 for one partner.
What Fertility Supplement Prices Mean for Shoppers
For shoppers, the clearest lesson is that the sticker price is not the cost. The length of the supply, the number of products in a routine, and whether a partner takes one too change the monthly bill more than the brand name does.
Across the products we priced, single-bottle capsule formulas sit at the low end, multi-product plans at the high end, and daily packs in between. Subscriptions and larger orders lower the bill further, and the savings grow with the price of the product.
So if you are comparing fertility supplements, divide the price by the days of supply and add your partner's product before you decide.

Methodology
We priced 25 products from 12 brands: the nine brands we review that have a product on sale, plus Pink Stork, Gaia Herbs, and Coast Science, whose fertility products carry a published price and a stated supply. Products whose days of supply we could not confirm were left out, including Pink Stork's men's formula, Coast Science's men's formula, and Premama's drink mixes. Coast Science's PCOS formula was a pre-order and was not included.
Prices are the one-time prices displayed on each brand's own product page on October 29, 2026, for the smallest standard size, before shipping and tax. Where a store's product feed and product page showed different prices, we used the page. Sale prices shown beside the regular price were not used, and Bird&Be's packs are priced without the optional CoQ10 boost, which raises each to $78.00.
Supply comes from the brand's stated supply, or from the NIH Dietary Supplement Label Database's net contents and maximum daily serving. FertilAid for Men's supply comes from an earlier label version of the same product in the database.
Cost per 30 days is the price divided by the days of supply, times 30. Cost per day is the price divided by the days of supply, and yearly cost is the cost per day times 365. Couple totals add a brand's women's and men's products. Subscription prices are included only where the product page labels them, and multi-month savings compare each order's cost per month with the one-month, one-time price.
We calculated products, differences, and ratios from the published values.
