A label written for the male partner
A men's formula has its own label, built around nutrients linked to sperm health such as zinc and folate, and some add CoQ10 or herbs. Every brand on this list sells one. Some sell it as a standalone product, such as Eu Natural's Conception for Him and Theralogix's ConceptionXR Reproductive Health. Others sell it as a pack or an add-on, such as Bird&Be's Male Fertility Power Pack and Perelel's Men's Multi Support Pack.
What to check before you buy
What to look for
Confirm the page is the men's formula, not the women's prenatal.
Common mismatch
Buying a couples bundle when only the male partner needs a product.
If a clinic is involved
The clinic's list wins. Take the label to the appointment so the clinician can see what is in the routine.
What the scores rate
Scores rate the label and the published price, not your chance of conceiving.

Common questions about men's formulas
What should a men's label list?
Zinc and folate are the first to find. Folate is involved in DNA synthesis, and the adult male reference intake for zinc is 11 mg, with an upper limit of 40 mg a day. Some labels add CoQ10 or herbs such as ashwagandha.
What does the research say about antioxidants for men?
A 2022 Cochrane review of 12 randomized trials with 1,283 men at fertility clinics found a possible increase in live birth with antioxidants and rated that evidence very low certainty. The authors called the evidence inconclusive.
What do men's formulas cost?
Eu Natural lists Conception for Him at $34.99 and Fairhaven Health lists FertilAid for men at $38.99. WeNatal's For Him is $59.95 on subscription, Theralogix's ConceptionXR is $66 for 90 days, and Bird&Be's Male Fertility Power Pack is $78. Perelel's men's pack is a $42.70 monthly add-on. These are the brands' published prices from October 2026, and they can change.
When should the male partner get tested?
A semen analysis is a routine early test when a couple sees a clinician. Heat, illness, and timing can change the result, so a clinician may repeat it. A supplement does not replace that test.
