Comparing what a routine costs each month
This list is sorted by the cost sub-score, which rates the published price of each brand's main product: under $40 a month scores higher than a $60 or $100 routine. The bottle price is only the start. Count how many products the routine needs, since some brands sell CoQ10, iron, omega, or a men's formula as separate items, and compare subscription and one-time prices. Brands with the same cost score are listed by overall score.
What to check before you buy
What to look for
Read the bottle price, then the bundle price, and count how many products the routine needs each month.
Common mismatch
Comparing a single bottle price against a bundle or a multi-product monthly plan.
If a clinic is involved
The clinic's list wins. Take the label to the appointment so the clinician can see what is in the routine.
What the scores rate
Scores rate the label and the published price, not your chance of conceiving.

Common questions about supplement costs
Which main products cost about $40 or less?
Eu Natural lists Conception for Her and Conception for Him at $34.99 each, Fairhaven Health lists FertilAid at $38.99, and Ritual lists its Essential Prenatal at $39. Theralogix's TheraNatal Core is $33 for 90 days, though its preconception product, TheraNatal OvaVite, is $124 for a 13-week supply. These are the brands' published prices from October 2026, and they can change.
Is a subscription cheaper?
At several brands, yes. Needed lists its Prenatal Multivitamin at $42.99 a month, or from $34.39 on subscription. Perelel lists the Conception Support Pack at $49.95 a month, or $58.77 as a one-time purchase, and WeNatal Together is $109.90 on subscription or $139.90 one time.
What adds to the monthly cost?
Add-ons and a second partner. Bird&Be sells a 600 mg CoQ10 dose beside its packs, Needed sells iron and omega beside its multi, and Perelel lists its Men's Multi Support Pack at $42.70 a month as an add-on. Count every product the routine needs before you compare totals.
Does a lower price mean a lower-quality product?
Not on its own. Several low-priced brands also score well on ingredient quality, and the bars on each row show both scores side by side. Compare the folate dose and whether each amount is printed before you decide on price.
